Shipping Policy

All purchases are shipped using Australia Post. If your order exceeds 5kg, we will contact you directly advising of additional costs.

We endeavour to ship your order within 2 business days from receiving your order.

At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.

Local Collection

Local collection is available on request. We are located in Buninyong, Victoria.

How do I request a refund?

Unfortunately, refunds are not available if you change your mind.

Refunds or exchanges are available in line with Australian Consumer Law, if there is major damage to the item of it differs significantly from the description. For enquiries, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please retain proof of purchase.
